1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on jl47, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You must provide only information that is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with jl47. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts or fraudulent registration may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl47 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced account security;

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jl47 services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from jl47 except as necessarily incidental to your permitted use of the Platform for personal entertainment. Commercial use of any jl47 content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory authority governing jl47's gaming operations.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of jl47 services, or your relationship with jl47 shall be resolved through the following process:

• Direct Negotiation: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct communication with jl47 Customer Support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through this process.
• Escalation to Management: If Customer Support cannot resolve your dispute within seven (7) business days, you may escalate the matter to jl47 management for review and resolution.
• PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved after thirty (30) days, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR's Player Protection Department, which offers mediation services for disputes between players and licensed operators.
• Legal Action: Only after exhausting the above procedures may legal action be pursued. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jl47. All disputes must be brought individually, and class claims are expressly prohibited.

11. Account Closure and Termination

Either you or jl47 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following provisions:

11.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting jl47 Customer Support. Upon receipt of a closure request, jl47 will process the request within forty-eight (48) hours. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all available funds from your account. If bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements remain in your account at closure, those funds will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by jl47

jl47 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms;
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unfair gaming practices;
• You abuse bonuses or promotional offers;
• You create multiple accounts;
• Your account is used for money laundering or other illegal activities;

Funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity will not be returned and will be forfeited to PAGCOR.

Account closures do not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including but not limited to financial obligations, pending investigations, or legal liabilities.
